Fly One SRL was born from a shared vision between two sisters, Lilia and Chiara Grasso, united by curiosity, discipline, and a deep belief that Artificial Intelligence should be practical, responsible, and built to last.

Their journey began long before Fly One had a name.

Growing up, Lilia and Chiara were both drawn to design—not just visual design, but systems design: understanding how complex things work, how they scale, and how human needs can be translated into reliable solutions. That mindset would later become the foundation of their approach to AI.

After years of study and hands-on experience, Lilia Grasso built a career at the forefront of enterprise AI. With 5+ years of experience designing, deploying, and scaling production-grade Generative AI systems, she worked on real-world solutions where reliability, security, and performance were non-negotiable.
Her expertise spans agentic frameworks, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and LLMOps infrastructure, covering the full lifecycle—from experimentation to industrial deployment.

At Siemens and AWS, Lilia led and collaborated with cross-functional teams across engineering, product, and business units, delivering AI systems used in global, mission-critical environments. Alongside strong technical skills in machine learning, cloud platforms, and AI architecture, she developed a pragmatic approach to AI: build what works, measure what matters, and scale only when value is proven. Her ability to communicate across cultures and languages made her a trusted bridge between technical teams and decision-makers worldwide.

Chiara Grasso brought the complementary perspective: strategic thinking, design sensibility, and a relentless focus on the customer. While Lilia shaped the technical backbone, Chiara focused on clarity—turning complex AI capabilities into solutions businesses could actually understand, adopt, and trust. Together, they shared a conviction: too many companies were being sold AI promises without guidance, structure, or long-term vision.

That gap is where Fly One SRL was founded.
